We are a non-profit organization created to help people find their life purpose. The foundation has the tools, the professionals and the experience to help people find themselves and find out about their abilities. The person will be able to discover all the benefits and values ​​that they have to offer to others and that is why from Leaders with Purpose , we are looking for people like you who want to help others find their way. We have been working for several years in poor communities and marginal sectors of Ecuador and we are sure that a community model, where there are young people with leadership traits and who can be trained and accompanied by the Foundation in education, emotional intelligence, inclusive and participatory leadership, management of groups and receive scholarships so that they can graduate from colleges and universities, they will be able to promote good works in their communities, works that benefit everyone, because no one understands a community better than someone who lives in it and wants the best for the people who they live there.

 The Foundation seeks the help of universities, colleges, technical schools, donors and volunteers who want to collaborate with the development of people through the community model. If we train a person, we are going to help a community to get ahead. The community model helps the inhabitants of the sector to organize themselves to achieve improvements in the sectors where they live and they will also take care of what they have created because it benefits them all.

The model encourages Leaders, mainly young people, but also adults with solid moral values, discipline and honesty, who want to help their communities. Exemplary people for their areas, because they have been motivators or drivers of change, of social innovation. Their teachers know them, their friends know them, they are selfless people but with a great capacity to achieve new things and to solve problems for the benefit of all. They are men and women who have special abilities and who only need our drive to achieve great results. Likewise, the Foundation accompanies business leaders, through training, training, corporate social responsibility programs, coaching and emotional and spiritual intelligence programs, to train better leaders in organizations, who become inclusive, who find their life purpose, that goes beyond the professional and become great promoters of new economies, fairer, more supportive. New Leaders with greater education, endowed with virtues placed at the service of others, from the collaborators with whom they work, to the society in which they operate: clients, suppliers, communities around the companies.
